HAPPY ENDINGS BOOKSTORE RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us at The Mitford Museum. Our goal is to provide you with high quality items and excellent customer service. In the event you are dissatisfied with a purchase, our policy is as follows:
Damaged/Incorrect Item Returns: In the event an item is damaged in shipping, is defective, or is the wrong item, a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge. You must notify us of these issues by phone at (828) 572-1511 or email at acrisp@themitfordmuseum.org within 14 days of the purchase date. We may request that you provide documentation of damage or that you return the damaged or incorrect item to us at our expense. If you don’t wish to receive a replacement item, you will receive a refund of the damaged item less the shipping charge to the original form of payment.
General Returns/Refunds: We will accept returns and exchanges of new, unused/unopened/undamaged products within 30 days of the purchase date. In store returns must be accompanied by a receipt. For online orders, you are responsible for the cost of shipping returned products to us. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding the original shipping cost, once your return is received by us. Returned products must be received in new, unused condition.
